Make sure to fill out the reporting form after using one of the spill carts (after the spill is under control). This lets CSARS know that a cart was used, and what we will need to restock. 

Each Spill cart has a QR code on the front, which links to the reporting form. This also lists the Cart’s Name, which is necessary to complete the form. 

It is Essential that we are informed when something is used from the carts, as this makes sure that ALL the supplies are available for the next person who needs them. Remember, these carts are a shared resource – multiple labs are expected to have reliable use of each spill kit!
